I start with one question: what has to happen once someone actually uses this? Everything else — stack, screens, architecture — follows from the answer. Not the other way around.
I work directly with the person who knows the problem. No brief relayed through three inboxes, no translation layer halfway through. First clickable prototype in a week — even if it's still ugly.
Right now most of my time goes into Hooplytics (voice-mode shot tracker for basketball players) and Sigma Protocol (gamified habits). Oche Darts and Pewna Woda are hobbies turned into code — I play darts, I fish. The best apps to work on are the ones you use yourself: you catch every rough edge before the client does.
